This site is run by Stuart and Nicky Earl.

Stuart was recently advised to cut down his salt intake by our doctor because of high blood pressure.  This came as something of a surprise because we never added salt to anything!  However, we soon recognised just how much salt we consumed that was hidden in the everyday food we eat.  As we trawled the supermarkets we realised that many other people must have gone through the same process of trying to find food that was lower in salt.  Our aim in doing this site is to provide a resource which will save people much of the time consuming work we went through!  Eventually we hope to provide a more comprehensive range of information.
